Welcome to the Chicken Licence application process. Use this portal to submit a Chicken Licence application. Before you start your application process, please note the following: • You are required to obtain your BC Premises ID from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries prior to the application process with the City. • The application fee is non-refundable. • Your property must be zoned to permit Chickens. To confirm, call: 604-940-7111. • You will be required to supply your BC Premises ID. • **Property owner authorization is required in writing**. • All *mandatory fields must be completed. FEE PER LOT - $50.00 Annually (BETWEEN 2 to 4 HENS)
